Seldom is the old adage taken quite so literally as when a frustrated employment agency customer decided to set up his own employment and recruitment business based around the principles of quality, value for money, customer service and integrity so conspicuous by their absence in his dealings. So it was, in 1987, based in Croydon, Surrey, that Action Drive Ltd was born and to this day those qualities that inspired its inception are still at the core of the business. Along the way we have fulfilled the temporary and permanent staffing needs of many organisations including industrial, commercial, construction, public sector, HGV/driving and IT staff – to name just a few. Over the years we have learnt many things and added greatly to the business.
